What is the difference between counseling and coaching?
Counseling and coaching are related but distinct approaches to personal growth. Counseling focuses on emotional and psychological healing, typically helping individuals manage issues like anxiety, depression, or trauma through evidence-based therapies. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and action-oriented, guiding individuals toward achieving specific life goals in areas like career or relationships.

While counseling helps resolve mental health concerns, coaching empowers clients to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes. Both can work hand-in-hand to foster growth and well-being.
